The terms that govern your use of the SommeTech LLC website and our engagements.
Last updated: May 20, 2026
These terms are provided for business transparency and should be reviewed periodically as SommeTech's services and legal obligations evolve. Engagement-specific terms are governed by the signed proposal or services agreement for each project, not by this page.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SommeTech LLC website at sommetech.com ("the Site") and any related services we make available. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Engagements with SommeTech LLC for project delivery (web design, SEO, custom software, AI automation, hosting, maintenance, or any other service) are governed by a separate signed proposal or services agreement, which will take precedence over these Terms for matters specific to that engagement.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit any other party's use of the Site.
All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, code, images, logos, and any other materials — is owned by SommeTech LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use SommeTech's name, branding, logos, or content except as expressly stated. Case studies, deliverables, and visual examples are presented for informational purposes; client work is owned by clients per the terms of our engagement agreements unless otherwise stated.
Project pricing, deliverables, timelines, payment schedules, ownership of deliverables, support, and any other commercial terms are defined in the signed proposal or services agreement for each engagement, not on this page.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. SommeTech is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
Some of our services rely on third-party platforms (for example, hosting providers, analytics tools, email services, or payment processors). Use of those services is also subject to the third party's own terms.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SommeTech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content displayed will be accurate, complete, or current.
Search engine rankings, lead volume, conversion rates, traffic figures, and other performance metrics referenced anywhere on the Site are illustrative outcomes from past engagements. They are not guarantees of future results, and individual outcomes will vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SommeTech LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any reliance on its content.
Liability for engagements is governed by the signed proposal or services agreement for that engagement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SommeTech LLC and its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
